We’re searching for a Data Analyst to join Westland Insurance Group Ltd's growing team. This hybrid role is based at our Head Office in Surrey, BC. Expected Compensation: $62,400 – $78,000 per year with a 37.5‑hour work week. Pay is based on qualifications and experience. At least two years’ experience in a data analytics role. Proficiency with SQL, R, and Python for data analysis and modeling. Ability to understand and improve data quality and reporting. Experience translating complex findings for business leaders. Experience working collaboratively to identify and prioritize use cases. Bonus: Experience in P&C insurance. Bonus: Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar data platforms. Bonus: Experience with Git‑based version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
