CONTRACT – Senior Facilities Planner – MontrealLocation: Dorval, QC, Canada (H4S 1Y9)Posting Start Date: 4/16/26Requisition ID: 12511What are your contributions to the team?Analyze maintenance data: Identify trends and root causes of failures to propose sustainable solutions.Define and implement maintenance plans: Develop preventive and predictive programs based on manufacturer recommendations and best practices.Manage risk and criticality: Assess the impact of failures on safety, production, and costs, and prioritize interventions accordingly.Coordinate across departments: Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to integrate reliability into design and planning.Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maintenance system performance.Provide training and awareness: Support teams in adopting preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques.Monitor performance indicators (KPIs): MTBF, MTTR, availability rate, etc.How to thrive in this role?A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with a minimum of five years of experience in an industrial environment.Bilingual proficiency (French/English), both spoken and written.Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, project management abilities, and a strong customer service mindset.Knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations.Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts effectively.Experience with various modules of a CMMS system (Maximo preferred).A strong sense of customer service.#J-18808-Ljbffr
