Role & Responsibilities Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience. Actively participate in the daily Food & Beverage operation, including scheduling coordination, recognition, and performance management duties. Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager. Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions; prepare and verify daily cash reports. Act as the direct line of support in handling any service‑related issues, actively listening to guest concerns and finding effective resolution; escalating as required. Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager. Required Skills & Qualifications At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience. Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor environments at a high altitude; prepared for all weather conditions. Proven track record of safety‑first practices – an asset. Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash outs. Secondary language skills an asset.
