'High' Importance' Key Responsibilities And Duties : Lead the design and implementation/delivery of AI solutions, AI Training, Adoption, or Assessments, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, adhering to IT Weapons and Industry best practices with a strong focus on generating measurable business value and positive ROI from all AI initiatives Consult on and build custom AI agents using both Microsoft and industry technologies Collaborate with customers to understand business processes to uncover opportunities for automation or improvements Ensure the application of responsible AI practices, including strong data‑privacy protections, bias identification and mitigation, and ethical AI use, while adhering to established AI governance frameworks and security standards to safeguard customer data, maintain compliance, and support trustworthy AI deployment Stay up‑to‑date on the Microsoft AI roadmap and ecosystem, while maintaining a broad understanding of industry AI trends and alternative technologies to ensure well‑informed solution recommendations and to drive continuous innovation within the practice Delivers secure solutions that balance innovation with strong governance, risk management, and compliance Firm grasp on cost management and knowledge of ideal model use cases Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI-based managed services Develop reusable assets, templates, and best practices for AI Solution engagements Maintain an agile mindset with a constant focus on delivering the right solution for the customer Skills/Qualifications 10+ Years experience executing technical implementations 7+ Years experience leading technical implementations 7+ Years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Platform, Teams, Microsoft Graph and Azure OpenAI Expert‑level experience deploying AI and Business Process Automation solutions in customer environments and a strong understanding of deployment options with the Microsoft solution portfolio Demonstrated familiarity with emerging AI models from leading vendors, including Anthropic and Google.
