YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Sales Manager, promote and sell all company services, and develop new business opportunities to meet budget objectives. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Conduct systematic market intelligence to identify business opportunities. Identify potential customers and qualify them. Build prospective sales pipelines. Develop and foster strong business relationships internally and externally. Hit and exceed agreed sales KPIs and monthly registration targets. Create and maintain records of all sales and marketing activities in the CRM system, with weekly reporting to the department head. Develop and maintain knowledge of services and operations, and actively participate in product training sessions. Participate in business events such as conventions and conferences. Draft bids alone or with team members; provide quotations and participate in negotiations. Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders. Communicate client expectations to team members and follow up until operational integration. Manage customer relationships using support from various company departments. Participate actively in problem solving. Maintain and develop existing customer base in the CRM system. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience. 10 years’ experience in logistics services sales. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Very good knowledge of MS Office. Ability to build business relationships. Knowledge of the market and its competition. Technical knowledge of the job. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
