Responsibilities Drive business expansion and supply acquisition in Canada, with a strong understanding of local market trends and supply dynamics, especially in the sneaker and fashion industry Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional and marketing initiatives Conduct weekly data analysis on sales and inventory across categories, brands, and SKUs; forecast demand, optimize sales performance, and improve supply-demand matching Monitor daily business metrics, manage vendor communications, support data-driven decision making, coordinate marketing resources, negotiate pricing, and drive vendor revenue growth Cultivate the growth of vendors through systematic methods such as products preparation/ platform understanding/ training, and maximize the capabilities of vendors Develop supply acquisition strategies based on demand across brands and categories; lead Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews to drive business planning Track and improve sellers’ order fulfillment performance and resolve operational issues Achieve targets as assigned Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in an Account Management or Business Development role, with more than 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry Experience with sneakers, luxury, handbags, watches, and hype sectors is preferred Familiarity with the trends of relevant categories, understand channel distribution, best selling merchandises, consumer structure and characteristics, etc., and be sensitive to market, products and consumer trends; Familiarity with Canadian market and e-commerce supply scene, business operations model and verticals in the industry Entrepreneurial spirit, Self-driven, proactive, excellent communication skills, strong project coordination ability, skilled at promoting cross departmental work, and able to take the lead in projects and conversations Sensitive to data, strong logical thinking ability and can combine data to solve problems Confidence in presenting, verbal and written communications Extrovert with ability to develop high interpersonal skills Fluid and able to adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment Highly organized with attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
