Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join a team delivering high-profile digital experiences for one of the biggest technology brands in the world.This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering. We’re looking for someone who can take a static design and turn it into a polished, high-performance interactive experience with exceptional attention to motion, responsiveness, and detail.You’ll work closely with designers and engineers to build robust, reusable frontend components and experiences using Angular, TypeScript, and modern CSS. Alongside strong technical capability, this role requires someone with a genuine appreciation for UX, UI, animation, and craft — someone who cares as much about how an experience feels as how it is built.You’ll operate within a structured development environment with established patterns, review processes, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly detail-oriented, comfortable challenging inconsistencies, and confident bridging the gap between design intent and technical implementation.WHAT YOU’LL DODevelop high-quality frontend experiences using Angular, TypeScript, and modern CSSBuild scalable, reusable components aligned to broader design systems and frontend architectureCreate fluid scripted animations and interactions that enhance usability and user experienceCollaborate closely with designers, proactively questioning and refining designs to ensure consistency and scalability across components and flowsChampion high standards for frontend quality, responsiveness, accessibility, and performanceFollow established coding standards, patterns, and development best practices consistentlyContribute to frontend architecture decisions and implementation approachesGuide and support other developers through code reviews and technical collaborationWork within structured development and code review workflows, maintaining strong attention to detail throughout deliveryProactively identify implementation issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvementContribute to a clean, maintainable, and scalable codebaseWHAT YOU BRING Front-End DevelopmentStrong experience with Angular and TypeScriptAdvanced knowledge of modern CSS and component-based frontend developmentStrong understanding of responsive development and scalable UI architectureExperience building modular, reusable frontend components and systemsExperience translating complex UI designs into polished implementationsMotion, UX & Creative TechnologyStrong eye for UX, UI, layout, interaction, and motion designExperience creating scripted animations and fluid interactive experiencesAbility to balance creative ambition with technical feasibility and performanceComfortable collaborating closely with design teams and contributing to UX discussionsCode Quality & Engineering StandardsHigh attention to detail in both visual implementation and code qualityExperience working within structured engineering environments and established development patternsComfortable with code review workflows, automated checks, linting, and validation pipelinesAbility to proactively identify issues, propose improvements, and drive solutions forwardComfortable operating between design and engineering teamsClear and direct communicator with a collaborative mindsetExperience mentoring or supporting other developers is a plusStrong portfolio demonstrating hands‑on contribution to high-quality interactive frontend experiencesClear examples of polished UI implementation, animation, and component-driven developmentDemonstrated ownership of implemented features, systems, or frontend experiencesExperience with 3D technologies such as Three.jsExperience building immersive or motion-heavy digital experiencesThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 CAD.
