Analyze market flows and current themes to generate alpha. Participate in the design and formation of trading systems and strategies; continuously work with team members to improve these systems. Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Very strong verbal reasoning skills. Currently trading the US Markets. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data. Good problem-solving ability. Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once.
