Please note this is a hybrid position – 4 days in office.**Responsibilities:**Lead workplace investigations in alignment with best practices and legislative requirements. Provide strategic recommendations on resolution, including disciplinary action or termination, ensuring fairness, compliance, and minimal organizational risk. Coordinate regional or location specific crisis response and intervention measures and support.**Qualifications and Skills**Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or Labour Relations 5-7 years Human Resources experience preferably in CPG environmentAbility to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
