The Lead Civil/Structural Engineer will lead site and structural design efforts for mission-critical data center facilities. This role will ensure all civil and structural systems are designed to meet performance, safety, and code requirements while supporting fast-track project execution and coordination with cross-functional engineering teams. DAY TO DAY Develop site plans including grading, drainage, roadways, and access routes Design structural systems for data center buildings (steel, concrete, precast framing) Engineer foundations, slabs-on-grade, and seismic/wind load systems Coordinate routing of water, sewer, storm, and electrical utilities Design structural supports for mission-critical equipment (generators, UPS, chillers, etc.) Prepare structural drawings, details, and technical specifications Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) and prefabrication teams Participate in vendor design reviews and coordination meetings Travel regularly to the United States for project support MUST HAVES Based in Montreal, Canada or surrounding areas.
