In this role, you’ll translate strategy into scalable leadership capability, build consistent experiences across the organization, and ensure leaders are equipped to drive performance, growth, and integration in a complex, fast‑scaling environment. You will build, launch and own the enterprise leadership system, and support broader enterprise effectiveness priorities. You’ll design an annual roadmap that will embed leadership and learning into talent, performance and workforce planning. You’ll establish standardized enterprise onboarding programs, create and embed frameworks for all learning and leadership initiatives.
