Château Sainte-Marie, a welcoming seniors' residence located in the heart of the Beauce region, offers stable work schedules, a healthy environment, and friendly management :) We are currently seeking a person to fill a part-time weekend Personal Support Worker position. ** Completed AP/RPA training or DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home, or 5000-hour RAC (Recognition of Acquired Competencies) ** POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, daytime, one weekend out of two Salary: $21.27/hour ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity . Proactively assist and support the residents Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
