Compensation and Benefits The expected hiring range for this role is $90,000 - $103,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Key Responsibilities As Manager, People Programs, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workplace culture. You’ll collaborate across teams, lead enterprise-wide projects, and drive meaningful initiatives that support Westland’s people‑first approach.
