Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth. Ensure exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high standards of service quality. Monitor operational and financial performance metrics, including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; implement strategies to meet or exceed targets. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices across all hotel departments. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded full‑service hotel of similar scale (120+ rooms). Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability. Expertise in revenue management, sales generation, and strategic planning. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
