Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you are responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for every guest. Your tasks include using the AEO Selling Model, introducing the AEO loyalty program, and adapting flexibly across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they're looking for with a friends‑first mindset. Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items that meet their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Adapt to various zones—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom—as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates in working together and getting the job done. Act with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people.
