Overview We are currently seeking an Analyst (Co‑op) to join our Valuation & Litigation Support team for a four‑month co‑op term from January 2027 to April 2027. This diverse team of professionals works with clients on valuations for a wide range of purposes and applies analytical and technical skills, as well as professional judgement, to measure the value of business operations and intangible assets. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide independent and reliable business valuations that empower clients to make value‑driven decisions with confidence. Responsibilities Participate in business valuations, intellectual property valuations, financial modelling and purchase price allocations to help clients understand the value of their business and its components. Conduct industry and market research on trends, valuation multiples for relevant public companies and precedent transactions. Prepare cash flows, valuation models and other technical based analysis, projections and forecasts. Support the design and development of high‑quality deliverables including engagement letters, reports, presentations and correspondence related to merger, acquisition and financing transactions. Assist with the development of project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders. Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop. Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals. Work collaboratively with the client engagement team. Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary. Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration (accounting or finance major preferred). Working towards a CBV designation is an asset. Professional services experience, ideally in financial analysis and modelling, is considered an asset. Experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements is considered an asset. Benefits Annual salary: $50,000–$70,000.
