The claims are of varying from moderate to complex. The successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high performance environment. The Senior Claims Adjuster, Physical Damage ensures claims are properly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.Investigate, evaluate, negotiate personal/commercial lines claims of moderate to complexManage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalismTimely, accurate reserving in line with Corporate protocols and guidelinesMaintain control over expenses through pro‑active handling techniquesObtain approval from Manager on claims above authorityManage claims in litigation, participate in mediations, pre‑trials and settlement conferencesPerform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Unit ManagerPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
