We are looking for a Building Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day operations and provide outstanding support to residents and the building. How You’ll Make a Difference Customer Service Ensure a superior level of cooperation, service and support is provided to residents. Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests. Be available to residents for general inquiries about living in their suite, building and community. Administration Responsible for enforcing lease agreements, including rent collection, rules and regulations, and serving notices to residents. Process vacancy notices, rent‑ready and vacancy reports, age receivables and rent rolls. Support the Leasing Team in processing resident applications and lease agreements. Generate POS. Order supplies. Operations Receive and schedule service requests. Handle move‑in, move‑out procedures. Assist in training on‑site team members on operational procedures. Perform all facets of the job in accordance with applicable legislation (Health & Safety, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA, Human Rights). Pro‑actively inspect grounds, facilities and equipment for repairs or preventative maintenance. Ensure apartment complex is maintained and cleaned in accordance with company standards. Support monitoring of external contractors to ensure quality workmanship and customer service. Provide administrative support with documentation required for Landlord‑Tenant Board hearings. Perform any other duties as requested by management. The Expertise You’ll Bring Completion of high school or GED. 3+ years of related experience in administration or a related role. Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, Email, Internet. Core Competencies Excellent communication skills. Commitment to best‑in‑class customer service. Professional demeanor with strong communication skills. High degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality. Accurate listening, understanding and appropriate response to issues. Superior organizational and time‑management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize and work under tight timelines. Excellent problem‑solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Exposure to multi‑residential or related industry asset classes. Experience with Fire Life Safety & Building Inspections.
