Job Duties Manage the processing of fuel blends, hazardous waste, and solids. Perform and oversee quality control testing (PCBs, metals, pH) and analyze data to ensure product compliance. Ensure adherence to labor, safety, and environmental regulations (local, state/Provincial, and federal). Train and mentor staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment operation (forklifts, LOTO, confined space entry), and safety protocols. Schedule work assignments, monitor inventory levels, and verify accuracy of inbound/outbound materials. Complete and review critical documentation, including manifests, batch tickets, and safety reports. Investigate incidents, enforce company policies, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Assist in hiring, performance evaluations, and emergency response coordination (e.g., spill containment and cleanup). Operate and maintain tank farm equipment (pumps, valves, mixers, vacuum trucks). Ensure completion of weekly Job Task Observations (JTOs) and employee JTO progress. Identify and report Hazards (Haz IDs) in SEMS; encourage team members to report safety concerns.
