Our Investor Relations practice helps clients raise their profile with institutional investors and wealth managers, communicate effectively with the market, and build long-term credibility with capital allocators. We are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations based in Toronto to support and expand our IR platform. The Role This is a senior, client-facing position focused on helping public and private companies engage effectively with the investment community. The successful candidate will work closely with company management teams to develop investor engagement strategies, position corporate narratives, and build relationships with institutional investors and wealth managers across Canada. The role requires a strong understanding of capital markets and the ability to leverage an existing network within the investment community. Key Responsibilities Support public and private company clients in developing and executing investor relations strategies Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, portfolio managers, and wealth management teams Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and ongoing engagement with the investment community Help clients articulate clear and compelling investment narratives Provide capital markets intelligence and investor feedback to management teams Identify opportunities to expand investor coverage and improve market visibility Work closely with Oak Hill’s capital markets and distribution teams What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in capital markets, investor relations, institutional sales, equity research, or investment banking Established relationships with institutional investors and wealth managers in Canada Strong understanding of public markets and investor communication Ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and senior investors Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a client-driven environment Toronto-based and able to work full time in office What Success Looks Like Strong engagement with the investment community on behalf of clients Meaningful expansion of investor coverage for mandates Trusted advisor to management teams on capital markets positioning Contribution to the continued growth of Oak Hill’s IR practice Why Oak Hill Financial Direct exposure to public company executives and institutional investors Opportunity to work across both public and private capital markets Entrepreneurial environment with meaningful client interaction Ability to build a long-term platform within a growing firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
