The Role If you dont have confidence to hit the ground running from month 1, please dont waste your time applying to this job. This is a pure hunter role. You own new logo acquisition across Canada’s mid-market — companies in the $50M–$500M revenue range running legacy ERP (SAP ECC, Oracle, Sage, Dynamics, SAP Business one ) who are ready to move to the cloud. You will prospect, qualify, run discovery, and close with the support of our presales and delivery teams. You are not an account manager. You are a pipeline builder. What You’ll Do Own a named account list of 100–200 mid-market targets across key verticals (manufacturing, distribution, professional services) Run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, referrals, SAP channel co-sell, and events Qualify and run structured discovery calls — business pain, ERP landscape, timeline, budget Partner with our Solution Architect on demos, proposals, and SOW scoping Work closely with SAP’s own field AEs to co-sell and get on internal referral lists Manage pipeline hygiene in HubSpot — accurate stages, close dates, and next steps Represent Qubittron at SAP events, ASUG, and regional industry conferences Hit a $1.5M–$2M ARR new business target in Year 1 What We’re Looking For Must-haves: 5+ years in B2B technology sales, with at least 3 years selling SAP solutions (RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, or SAP implementation services) Proven track record closing $200K–$1M+ deals with 6–12 month sales cycles Deep relationships in Canada’s mid-market IT and finance buyer community Comfortable owning the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed SOW Familiarity with SAP’s partner ecosystem and co-sell motions Based in Canada (Ontario or Quebec preferred) Experience with Apollo or Zoominfo our similar tool Experience with using Hubspot CRM Nice-to-haves Prior experience at an SAP partner, VAR, or Big 4 SAP practice Exposure to AI-powered ERP solutions or BTP Existing relationships with SAP Canada field team Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar enterprise sales methodology Compensation Base: $90,000 – $115,000 CAD OTE: $180,000 – $250,000 CAD (uncapped commission) Benefits + equity participation as the company scales #J-18808-Ljbffr
