Microsoft Technology Account Lead We are seeking a Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) at the Manager level to support and grow strategic technology relationships with key clients in the Montreal market. This role focuses on aligning Microsoft technologies to client business priorities, contributing to technology roadmaps, and serving as a trusted advisor across the client lifecycle. As an MTAL, you will partner closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to drive value, adoption, and innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem, while supporting account growth and delivery excellence. Responsibilities Support ownership of the technology relationship for assigned client accounts Partner with clients to understand business priorities and translate them into Microsoft‑led technology approaches and roadmaps Act as a trusted advisor across Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and Power Platform Collaborate with account leadership, sales, and delivery teams to shape and support technology‑driven opportunities Contribute to technology governance, architectural alignment, and lifecycle planning across engagements Engage with Microsoft account teams to align on client strategy and identify innovation opportunities Support senior‑level client conversations (e.g., CIO, CTO, business stakeholders) Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to delivery teams and junior practitioners Qualifications Progressive experience in technology consulting, architecture, or account support roles Solid understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem and enterprise architecture principles Experience contributing to client‑facing discussions and building trusted relationships Exposure to shaping technology strategies, roadmaps, or transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to balance client needs, delivery quality, and commercial objectives Proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams Nice to have: Background in a consulting, systems integrator, or Microsoft partner environment Nice to have: Experience supporting complex enterprise accounts Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud migration, modernization, and AI‑enabled solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
