This is a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience in a supportive environment where your voice matters.Zurich follows a hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in‑person presence, which may include time in the office or market‑facing engagements.What you will doServe as a strategic advisor and trusted partnerto clients in the Greater Montreal Area, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and risk landscapes. Leverage your consultative approach to position Zurich Resilience Solutions as an integral part of their resilience strategy.Lead end‑to‑end client engagementsfor resilience services, including needs assessment, opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing—demonstrating best‑in‑class relationship management and commercial acumen.Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams —including technical experts, underwriters, and account executives—to co‑create bespoke, value‑driven resilience strategies that address each client’s unique challenges and opportunities.Build and nurture long‑term relationshipswith C‑suite and senior decision‑makers, establishing yourself as a go‑to advisor. Proactively grow your network and develop a robust sales pipeline through thought leadership, professional networking, and market insights.Deliver high‑impact presentations, workshops, and consultative sessionsthat translate complex risk topics into actionable recommendations, supporting clients in mitigating risks and unlocking new opportunities for growth.Stay ahead of the curveby continuously monitoring industry developments, market trends, and Zurich’s evolving offerings—ensuring clients benefit from the latest solutions and thought leadership to drive their resilience strategies forward.Job Qualifications - What you bring to the table Required :Bachelor’s Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Sales areaOR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Sales areaOR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Sales areaAND Leadership experience of multidisciplinary teams internally and externallyPreferred :Proven success in consultative or solution sales, ideally within risk advisory, insurance, or professional servicesTrack record of developing business and growing accounts by delivering value‑based propositionsDeep client orientation and ability to uncover and address complex needs with tailored solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior leaders and technical expertsStrong collaboration skills and experience working in cross‑functional teamsResults‑oriented, self‑motivated, and agile in a fast‑paced environmentInsurance industry experienceFluent in both French and English (required)Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Greater Montreal AreaFluency in both spoken and written English is required to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec.Our CultureWe are proud of our culture and passionate about Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging (DIEB).
