We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with data pipelines and automation tools. Prior experience in the insurance domain is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Communicate incident root causes clearly and concisely through written and verbal channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Apply Agile and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to project execution. Work with ETL processes and tools such as Azure Data Factory to support data integration. Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF for documentation and project tracking. Support automation and scripting efforts using Python. Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex business problems. Foster a collaborative team environment with a positive and proactive attitude. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail. Experience with Agile methodologies and BDD practices. Hands-on experience with ETL tools, JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF.
