Job Description AVL TSI Canada is a part of AVL Test Systems, Inc. We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer II to support a customer in Ontario. The role commissions test systems and integrates subsystems to meet complex testing requirements with a focus on testing & application development for the E‑Drive system. In addition, the engineer will troubleshoot complex problems and develop solutions with appropriate input. The position will focus on AVL’s electrification market, including battery testing/emulation, inverter, eMotor and eAxle testing. Qualified candidates must be able to take charge of projects on site and drive them to completion while working with a Project Manager to manage cost and time estimates. The engineer will have direct communication with the customer and ownership of large complex test systems; excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.Qualifications and Experience Applicants must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada on a full‑time basis.
