Vacancy Status: This is for a current opening Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 Responsibilities: What you will do Lead DevOps forblockchain andstakinginfrastructure: own build/deploy pipelines, environment configuration, and operational support (incidents, releases, hotfixes) for staking services. Design, architect, and build robust and scalable infrastructure solutions and CI/CD pipelines. Provide technical leadership and contribute to strategic planning. Integrate security coding practices in software development lifecycle. Implement Infrastructure as Code practices. Improve efficiency by automating operational work. Optimizeexisting solutions for performance and cost optimizations. Design, build, andmaintainsystems for alerting, logging, and monitoring. Build collaboration between cloud infrastructure, operations, and security. Work with engineering teams to build robust microservices architecture. Continuously improvethe systems byautomatingroutine tasks, reduce manual steps, and propose tooling/process upgrades that improve reliability and release velocity. (Security bonus) Integrate practical controls in CI/CD (secrets hygiene, dependency scanning), contribute to policy/procedure updates, and partner on assessments and remediation when needed. Qualifications: What you will bring Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering withhands-onownership of production services and pipelines. Demonstrated experience with, or strong interest in, cryptocurrency and staking infrastructure Handson experience with physical servers and network equipment in colocation data centers, or a strong willingness to learn and work incoloenvironments tied to crypto/staking operations. Experience building andmaintainingCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred) with artifact management, approvals, and automated rollback. Strong Terraform skills (modules, workspaces/state, versioning, testing) and sound infrastructure design patterns. Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2/ECS/Lambda/RDS/S3/VPC/IAM) and common operational practices (scaling, HA, backups). Demonstrated observability experience: log management, metrics, tracing, alerting, and actionable dashboards/runbooks. Docker image build/security, registry management, and orchestration (ECS/EKS or similar). Proficiencyin Python (or similar) and shell; comfort automating repetitive operational work. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, IAM/permissions, and secure configuration. Clear communication and ownership mindset; able to leaddaytodayops, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive tasks to closure. (Nicetohave security bonus) Familiarity with ISO 27001:2022/SOC 2, threat modeling, CI/CD security tooling; secrets/cert management; AWS/Security certifications.
