How You'll Make An Impact Contribute to building, testing, and maintaining backend integration solutions that connect enterprise platforms, APIs, and third‑party services. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code, supported by mentorship from Senior Engineers. Investigate issues, participate in debugging and testing, and help implement fixes or enhancements to ensure smooth operation of backend services. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana) to maintain system stability and reliability. Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to deliver integration features and enhancements. Participate in design discussions and actively contribute ideas to improve systems. Apply engineering best practices and coding standards to all development work. Continuously build your skills through mentorship, code reviews, and pair programming, strengthening your backend development and integration expertise. What You’ll Bring To The Team Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of hands‑on experience developing backend systems and APIs. Solid proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js. Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching strategies, and message queue technologies. Practical experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Proven ability to support production systems, troubleshoot integration challenges, and leverage monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) to optimize system performance. Strong collaborative skills, with a willingness to contribute to design discussions and learn from senior engineers in a team‑oriented environment.
