We are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial people who are willing to grow with our portfolio as it evolves. Overview We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple businesses within the Helios Software Group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys taking full ownership of HR execution—from recruiting to employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. A key part will be supporting businesses through post‑acquisition integration , including organizational changes, process alignment, and implementing strong HR foundations while maintaining a positive employee experience. Lead full‑cycle recruitment for key roles (screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate experience), ensuring speed and quality. Drive employee relations matters end‑to‑end, including performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, with strong judgment and documentation. Own and execute performance review cycles, talent planning, and manager coaching to strengthen accountability and retention of top performers. Manage core HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, employee records, and HRIS accuracy. Ensure compliance with employment standards and internal HR practices across jurisdictions, escalating risks appropriately. Take ownership of HR integration initiatives post‑acquisition, supporting change management, aligning processes, and ensuring smooth transitions for teams. Required Qualifications 4–6 years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist / HRBP / Talent + HR blend). Strong execution mindset—own responsibilities, act quickly, and follow through. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and supporting leaders through fast‑paced change. Confident handling sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion. Able to manage multiple priorities across different teams and businesses. Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with leadership. Exposure to M&A, restructuring, integration work, or high‑growth environments is a strong asset. Bilingual (English/French) is a plus depending on location and portfolio needs. Why Join Us High exposure to leadership and real business decisions. Opportunity to support multiple businesses and gain broad HR experience quickly. Direct involvement in acquisition and integration work. Strong growth potential within a long‑term, entrepreneurial operating group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
