The Sr. Analyst Compensation will participate in designing and administering Nutrien's compensation programs, policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. The Sr. Analyst Compensation leads the planning and implementation of Nutrien’s Non-Executive compensation programs that are internally equitable, externally competitive, and legally compliant by collaborating with various cross functional teams.What You'll DoAdvance Nutrien's enterprise-wide compensation strategy by delivering advanced data analytics, actionable insights, and decision-ready tools that support competitive, market-aligned payConduct compensation analytics and data visualizations, translating market intelligence into actionable insights to deliver resources that enable Compensation Advisors to provide effective, market-based guidance to HR and business leadersOwn annual market survey participation and benchmarking, analyzing large datasets to uncover key insights and trends that drive clear, data-driven recommendationsLead annual competitive market analysis to evaluate Nutrien’s pay competitiveness across salary structures, incentives structures, jobs, geographic structures and pay compression.
