Operate and maintain security controls across cloud, endpoint, identity, and email environments. Respond to emerging threats and ensure security platforms remain resilient and effective. Responsibilities Operate and maintain cloud security platforms across Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments, ensuring continuous security posture optimization. Manage endpoint security solutions including EDR/XDR platforms, ensuring comprehensive protection across diverse device ecosystems and rapid response to endpoint threats. Support identity and access management operations, implementing and maintaining IAM controls, privileged access management (PAM), and multi‑factor authentication (MFA) across cloud and on‑premises systems. Monitor and optimize email security platforms, managing anti‑phishing solutions, secure email gateways, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to protect against business email compromise. Support security operations activities including log analysis, threat hunting, security alert triage, and incident investigation across endpoint, identity, and email security domains. Support cloud architecture solution reviews from an operational security perspective, ensuring deployments align with security standards and best practices. Implement and tune security controls, working closely with IT operational teams to deploy security configurations, policies, and automated responses that enhance our security posture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. 3+ years of hands‑on experience in security operations with focus on cloud, endpoint, identity, or email security. Strong expertise in Azure and GCP security operations, including native security tools and cloud monitoring platforms. Proficiency with endpoint security solutions such as CrowdStrike or Microsoft Defender. Experience managing identity and access management systems, including Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM policies, and SSO/MFA implementations. Knowledge of email security technologies including secure email gateways, anti‑phishing tools, and email authentication standards. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail in identifying and resolving security incidents. Proven ability to create clear documentation for security baselines and procedures. Relevant certifications: Azure, Google, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent. English and French bilingualism required to interact with colleagues nationwide. Must be eligible to work in Canada; Canadian work experience not required.
