Description In this role, you will: Manage an array of projects supporting the sustainment of Canada’s fleet of Victoria Class Submarines. Lead the planning, execution, and close‑out of project activities. Manage project scope, deliverables, schedule, and change to achieve outputs. Develop and lead implementation of project management plans. Manage costs and budgets with stakeholder engagement. Monitor and report on progress through performance‑management tools. Coordinate stakeholders and subcontractors to deliver on commitments. Employ risk and opportunity management to reduce schedule impacts and create recovery plans. Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. Assist with sub‑contract development. Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, safety standards, and local procedures. Maintain Quality and Health & Safety standards and communicate issues. Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate 4+ years of experience managing small to medium complexity projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in the Naval or Marine sector. Recognised university degree or college diploma in Project Management or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing with PMI. Technical knowledge and experience in the Naval or Marine sector. Positivity, resilience, and focus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
