The Role The Manager of Corporate Services is responsible for coordinating and executing day‑to‑day office operations, including administrative support, marketing coordination, event planning, and internal team support. This role supports employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinates with external service providers (including IT, HR, and marketing), and ensures the office is organized, well‑maintained, and operating efficiently. The Manager of Corporate Services also supports cross‑departmental coordination and helps ensure staff have the tools and resources needed to perform their roles effectively. Responsibilities Human Resources: Support full‑cycle recruitment for internal teams as necessary Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding Coordinate all security pass applications and annual renewals for on‑site staff Marketing and Event Planning: Plan and execute all company events, including team‑building activities, seasonal events, broker events, monthly staff lunches, quarterly townhall meetings, and ad‑hoc events as needed Coordinate all brochures, case studies, website updates, branding, stationery, social media graphics, custom graphics and animations, and promotional merchandise with the support of an external marketing service provider Manage the company’s social media channels, including content planning and scheduling, with the support of an external marketing service provider Coordinate all client and tenant gifting Coordinate with a professional photographer for planning and scheduling of all photography for leasing, project spotlights, corporate headshots, etc. IT: Maintain inventory of IT hardware and peripherals Liaise with IT Managed Service Provider for employee onboarding and offboarding Administer the company’s accounts with Monday.com, Fellow, Adobe, Chat GPT Business, KnowBe4, etc. Administer SharePoint structure, permissions, and document management standards, including oversight of key corporate folders and access control Administer company telecom accounts, including mobile plans and device management Office Management: Answer main reception line (via VoIP) Greet and assist guests upon arrival at the office Monitor centralized email inboxes, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate courier services Maintain stock of office supplies and kitchen supplies Coordinate ordering, inventory, and distribution of staff uniforms Oversee office maintenance in accordance with established master service agreements and support from building operations team Perform daily tasks for maintaining the office workplace and common areas, including the kitchen and meeting rooms Cross‑Departmental Coordination & Operational Support: Coordinate communication and task flow across departments to support day‑to‑day operations Ensure employees are set up with the tools, systems access, and resources needed to perform their roles Maintain and improve internal processes, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency Act as a central point of contact for internal requests, directing items to the appropriate team Track and follow up on cross‑departmental initiatives to ensure timely execution Support senior leadership with scheduling, coordination, and general day‑to‑day needs Maintain and manage standardized corporate templates (including legal, leasing, and construction‑related documents), ensuring version control and consistency Liaise with external legal counsel to coordinate updates, revisions, and implementation of documentation Act as system administrator and primary point of contact for operational platforms, overseeing user access, data integrity, and day‑to‑day functionality Support and coordinate execution across platform modules, including troubleshooting and process enforcement Coordinate fleet administration activities, including tracking systems, renewals, and general logistics Liaise with insurance broker on claims, renewals, and ad‑hoc coverage requirements Skills & Qualifications: Post‑secondary education Superlative communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to act with tact and discretion toward both internal and external stakeholders Strong proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) Experience in a corporate services function at a professional services company is a strong asset Administrator‑level experience with an HRIS, LMS, and ERP is a strong asset Experience with task management and AI software (e.g., Monday.com, Fellow, Chat GPT Business) is a strong asset Excellent critical thinking skills with a knack for creative problem solving Strong drive for collaboration and team building Compensation & Benefits IEP offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, performance‑based variable pay, pension, and comprehensive benefits.
