Overview What makes this role important at Ipsos? We are looking for someone who is passionate about project management and is motivated by a fast-paced and challenging work environment. As an analyst with a project management focus, you will assist with functional and technical knowledge and help with the end-to-end process of deploying tracking programs—from set-up to data tables. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in market research. What You Can Expect To Be Doing Manage the launching and ongoing maintenance of research studies Setting up and launching studies on proprietary platform for fieldwork and reporting Quality check study questionnaires and perform in-depth quality checks at every stage of the process Liaise with internal operations leads within scripting and field management Perform data verification throughout project lifecycle Identify and solve project issues as they arise Assist with file management and keep all project documentation accurate and up to date Create data tables and charting using proprietary platforms Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s Degree Relevant project management and/or market research experience an asset Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills Proactive, “can do” attitude High attention to detail: ability to balance overall project goal with key milestones and tasks Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, PowerPoint and Excel Self-starter with superior organization skills who thrives in a deadline driven environment Ability to juggle multiple projects and diplomatically respond to conflicting needs Proficiency with SPSS or other data processing software an asset, but not required Bilingual an asset, but not required Salary and Eligibility In accordance with Ontario & British Columbia law, the estimated base salary for this role is $55,000 CAD. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
