Senior Salesforce Architect Toronto, Canada About the role We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to own the design, strategy, and governance of our quote‑to‑cash and revenue operations ecosystem. You’ll be the technical authority across Salesforce CPQ, Chargebee, and NetSuite – designing integrations, data flows, and platform standards that power our end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle. This senior leadership role works closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering globally. Responsibilities Define and document the end‑to‑end architecture spanning Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Chargebee, and NetSuite. Own the technical vision for our quote‑to‑cash stack and ensure designs are scalable, auditable, and aligned with business growth. Lead solution design for Salesforce CPQ – including product catalogue, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle. Govern the integration between CPQ and Chargebee for subscription billing, amendments, renewals, and revenue recognition hand‑offs. Architect and oversee the bi‑directional integration between Salesforce/Chargebee and NetSuite, covering quoting, invoicing, provisioning, and financial reconciliation. Ensure data consistency and auditability across systems. Own API strategy and middleware architecture connecting Salesforce, Chargebee, and NetSuite. Lead data migration planning, master data management, and integration governance across the revenue tech stack. Define and enforce development standards, code review practices, and release management across all Salesforce workstreams. Champion configuration‑over‑code principles and platform best practices. Serve as the senior‑most Salesforce authority in the organisation. Mentor developers and consultants, conduct design reviews, and guide teams through complex cross‑system challenges. Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and commercial leadership to align the platform roadmap with business priorities. Translate complex technical concepts clearly for non‑technical audiences. Qualifications 8–12+ years of progressive Salesforce experience spanning development, administration, and architecture. Deep hands‑on expertise with Salesforce CPQ – product rules, pricing logic, quote‑to‑order, contract management, and amendments. Experience designing and integrating with various systems including Chargebee and NetSuite. Expert‑level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CPQ Specialist certification – or actively working toward CTA. Demonstrated track record delivering large‑scale, multi‑system revenue platform programmes in enterprise environments.
