Role and Facility The Urology Service at Langley Memorial Hospital is seeking a full‑time urologist to join a local group of two full‑time urologists. This position offers a comprehensive and busy practice within a community hospital environment. Position Overview The successful candidate will provide comprehensive general urology services, including: Uro‑Oncology: Radical cystectomy, prostatectomy, kidney cancer surgery. Reconstructive Urology: Sling procedures, stone disease – high‑volume stone centre, endourology, advanced stone management, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), participation in a high‑volume regional stone program. They will join a collegial team of two full‑time urologists, participate in monthly Uro‑Oncology rounds, and be part of a regional weekend call group. Prior independent clinical experience is preferred. Academic Participation As a member of Fraser Health medical staff, the urologist will participate in the University of British Columbia (UBC) medical education program and is expected to apply for a clinical faculty appointment in the Division of Urology, UBC. Key Details Closing date: March 24, 2026. Anticipated start date: July 01, 2026. Qualifications Eligible: CMPA, CPSBC, FRCSC. US board‑certified physicians may be eligible for full specialty class licensure at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia under ABMS certification.
