Monitor, interpret, and report on KPIs. Support budgeting and forecasting efforts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and deliver accurate financial reports to various stakeholders, and translate the numbers into actionable business insights. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decision making. Analyze business reports to support management decision-making. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications and Experience 5+ years in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role Preference for those coming from a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background CPA or MBA required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field. Advanced Excel skills required, and able to learn new systems/software quickly Very strong analysis and reporting skills. Strong communication skills; able to explain the numbers to senior leadership and non-finance professionals with confidence and ease.
