As part of a very dynamic AI & Automation CoE team, you will play a critical role in driving delivery and adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions to drive business value for our organization and help our program be a true ‘showcase’ of what is possible in agentic transformation using our platform and solutions. You will work in a high-energy, fun, and engaging work environment with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.**Location:** Remote role based on Toronto, Canada**You will make an impact by being responsible for:*** **Demand Generation / Idea Assessment:** Lead ideation sessions to inspire creative thinking and generate high-value automation ideas. Evaluate current business processes for automation and agentic opportunities* **Solution Design:** Develop automation and agentic process flows, specify AI agents/skills, and design user interfaces. Secure necessary design approvals and plan release schedules* **Delivery of Automations:** Build and deploy automations and agents using the Automation Success Platform (Automation 360), ensuring they meet functional and quality standards. Provide documentation and training* **Pre-Sales/Sales Support:** Engage with stakeholders to validate designs, demo completed automations, and create solution artifacts for pre-sales* **AI Assessment and Tool Advisory:** Assess AI requirements, evaluate market tools, and advise on new AI tools/models**You will be a great fit if you have:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field* 10+ years of overall work experience with expertise in automation, agentic technologies (A360, Enterprise Knowledge, Doc. Auto, etc.), hands-on experience in process mapping and automation design* Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, and compliance in automation applications* Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives across departments* (ASSET) Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies**You excel in these key competencies:*** **Process Mapping & Automation Design:** Skills in defining automated flows and identifying key solution patterns* **AI and UX Design Expertise:** Understanding of AI capabilities and designing user-friendly interfaces* **Effort Estimation & Release Planning:** Proficiency in estimating effort and planning incremental releases* **Technical Execution:** Skill in building automations using approved designs* **Stakeholder Communication:** Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersThe base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 CAD. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
