About the Team Our Global HR Services Hub team is a trusted partner in delivering end‑to‑end employee lifecycle support, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and managing HR data changes. We provide timely, accurate, and thoughtful guidance to employees and managers, resolving both routine and nuanced HR matters that require deeper expertise and collaboration. Using ServiceNow as our central platform, we manage employee interactions and support the administration of HR policies. About the Role As an HR Services Associate, you will be a key member of the HR Service Hub, responsible for delivering enterprise‑wide support across a range of HR inquiries, data changes, and reporting needs. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery by following well‑defined processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement. This role involves close collaboration with HR colleagues across regions and functions and may include mentoring or training junior team members. What You Will Do Lead the onboarding processes for the North America and EMEA regions, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience for new hires while driving continuous improvement. Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end onboarding, benefits administration, and background check processes, maintaining accuracy and delivering a best‑in‑class onboarding experience. Manage employee inquiries in ServiceNow, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 cases and escalating complex issues to the appropriate subject‑matter experts. Respond to Tier 2 inquiries within your area of expertise, providing thoughtful and timely support to employees and managers. Execute core HR operations and service‑delivery activities, including maintaining accurate employee records, producing standard and ad‑hoc reporting, supporting audit and compliance requests, and contributing to HR knowledge content and communications. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Service Hub procedures and guidelines. Lead or support special projects and initiatives focused on process improvement, self‑service, and technology implementation. Partner with regional HR teams to enhance procedures and systems while helping to establish and maintain global standards. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and HR innovation. What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, ideally in a fast‑paced, global tech environment. 2 years of hands‑on experience managing employee lifecycle events, with a strong focus on data accuracy and a customer‑service mindset. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees and managers across all levels. A continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for enhancement. Experience with HRIS and case‑management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow). College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience.
