Creative & Design Architect Our office is located in the heart of Toronto’s downtown core, offering a collaborative and connected environment for our team. We currently operate on a hybrid work model, with employees working in-office 2-3 days per week . PUSH is growing and looking to add a Creative & Design Architect in Canada to support brand and social design across a range of clients and channels. This role brings creative ideas to life through strong craft - typography, layout, visual systems - and an ability to work quickly across multiple formats while maintaining quality. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership, strategy, and account teams to produce campaign creative, social content, and digital assets that are on-brand, on-platform, and aligned to client goals. Experience in UX/UI design is an asset, but not required. As PUSH continues building toward an intelligence-led future, AI is central to that vision. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Campaign Design: Design campaign extensions and brand-aligned assets across social, digital, and presentation formats Social-First Creative: Produce high-quality social content (static, carousel, stories/reels covers, paid social variants) that follows platform specs and best practices Design Systems & Templates: Build and evolve reusable templates and lightweight systems that improve creative consistency and speed Collaboration: Work closely with copy and creative leads to execute concepts and iterate efficiently based on feedback Production Excellence: Prepare final files for digital delivery with strong attention to detail (formatting, specs, accessibility basics, and QC) Concept Support: Contribute to mood boards and early design explorations to help shape creative directions Optional (Asset): Support UX/UI needs in Figma (wireframes, UI layouts, component libraries, landing page design) Maintain organized working files and handoffs so projects move smoothly across teams Stay current on design trends, platform changes, and modern tools/workflows (including AI-assisted design practices where helpful Required Experience & Qualifications: 3-5+ years of brand and campaign design experience (agency or in-house, agency experience an asset) User experience and experience designing for web an asset Portfolio demonstrating brand design + social content (strong typography, layout, and visual craft) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-first mindset Experience building and maintaining visual systems, design patterns, or component libraries that others can use and build on 5+ years of experience in visual design, experience design, or art direction, with a portfolio that demonstrates breadth across digital, social, and campaign formats Experience working alongside copywriters, strategists, and content creators in a fast-moving environment Exceptional attention to detail and a high personal bar for craft, with the ability to maintain quality across multiple concurrent projects Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an independent agency or similarly fast-paced, multi-client environment Familiarity with motion design or animation principles, even if not the primary executional skill Working knowledge of front-end design constraints, including how designs translate into development, component-based builds, or CMS environments Experience with AI-assisted design tools or an interest in integrating emerging tools into production workflows Push Media is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and accessible workplace.
