We seek a curious and innovative Global Talent Management Advisor to join our Global talent management team. You will support various L&D and talent management initiatives for our office employees. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across all levels, acting as a strategist and project manager that significantly enhances the employee experience at BRP worldwide. You’ll Have The Opportunity To Design and deliver integrated global talent, learning, and development initiatives aligned with organizational strategy, contributing to sustainable employee and leadership growth. Develop high‑impact learning experiences and enablement tools that engage HRBPs, leaders, and employees, driving capability building and practical application. Lead end‑to‑end program management of global talent initiatives, from concept through execution and measurement, ensuring quality delivery, strong governance, and stakeholder alignment. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, insights, and participant feedback to continuously enhance relevance, quality, and impact. Leverage external best practices, emerging trends, and benchmarks in talent management and organizational development to propose innovative, scalable solutions. Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (HR, business leaders, vendors) to ensure adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes across regions. Ensure consistent execution and communication of talent programs globally, while adapting to local contexts and business needs when required. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Career counseling, or a related field. Assets: Graduate studies in organizational psychology/career counselling/organizational development, or another related field. 8-10 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization. Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners. Knowledge and experience in performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development. Strong curiosity, self‑motivated for learning and delivering quality projects or taking on new challenges. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and initiatives in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
