Your Qualifications Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best‑in‑class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication. Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory adherence to compliance standards, and adapting to dynamic environments. Availability of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance during peak times.
