Customer Engagement: enhance the retail experience by providing best‑in‑class service and value‑added solutions to customers, promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard. Sales Delivery: achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment. Brand Representative: represent Rogers and Fido brands in‑store and at local community events to support small businesses. Your Qualifications Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best‑in‑class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication. Strong commitment to delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences. Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory adherence to compliance standards, and adapting to dynamic environments. Availability of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance during peak times.
