About the Role APM MacLean is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support a diverse and growing organization with strong local roots. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be the senior financial executive responsible for financial stewardship, strategic insight, and long‑term value creation across a multi‑entity business environment. Key Responsibilities The CFO will lead all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, risk analysis, and financial reporting. The role also includes providing strategic financial guidance to support major development projects, construction initiatives, capital planning, and organizational growth. Additionally, the CFO will manage relationships with lenders and insurance partners, playing a key role in financing strategies and long‑term capital structure. Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold a CPA designation and have at least seven years of progressive finance leadership experience, including a minimum of three years at a senior strategic level. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in accounting and financial reporting, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive organizational performance.
