Bilingual Provider Relations Representative Location: Mississauga or Montreal Employment Type: Full‑time, Hybrid Job Summary Express Scripts Canada’s Provider Relations Department manages provider contracts and maintains the provider database. The role involves reviewing provider agreements from pharmacy, medical supplies, mental health, vision and dental services for accuracy, entering relevant data into the system, and ensuring timely updates to modifications or terminations. Key Responsibilities Support provider relations administrative tasks. Review and validate completed provider agreements, returning them to providers for corrections when needed. Perform quality assurance checks on self‑completed work and team submissions. Ensure all required agreement information is accurately entered into the system in a timely manner. Process and update provider modifications and terminations across all benefit areas within established timelines. Respond to inquiries from providers, associations and software vendors in a professional, supportive, and customer‑focused manner, in French or English. Collaborate with team members and support additional deliverables as needed. Contribute to project work and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Post‑secondary diploma or equivalent. Basic proficiency in computer use and data entry. 2–3 years of office or customer‑service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Reader/Writer. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer‑service focus. Ability to accurately enter, update and maintain data in electronic systems. Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively. Adaptability to new situations and change. Following clear instructions and established workflows. Attention to detail and accuracy for repetitive tasks. Knowledge of quality‑assurance principles and service excellence. Self‑motivation and initiative to learn new processes quickly. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy benefit administration is an advantage. Bilingual in French and English (required).
