Continuously explore and integrate cutting‑edge tools and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.Oversee and mentor a team of consultants and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while delivering high‑quality data solutionsHere’s What You Need7+ years of experience in data & AI solutions, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role, a proven track record of architecting and implementing large‑scale data solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Deep technical and industry expertise in Generative AI, cloud computing, emerging data/AI platforms and trends and AI‑driven use cases in Banking & Capital MarketsStrong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and grow high‑performing teams. Experience in managing cross‑functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Ability to translate business objectives into a clear data & AI strategy. Experience in driving data & AI initiatives that align with organization goals and deliver measurable business value.Understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices. Experience in implementing and enforcing data quality, security, and compliance standards across large datasets.Excellent project and program delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
