Job Overview We are seeking friendly and energetic sales associates to join our team and provide a premium Harley-Davidson experience to guests. Responsibilities Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone, and social media. Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to guests for their motorcycle(s) of interest. Schedule guests’ showroom visits, test drives, and prepare their motorcycles prior to arrival. Continue guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed. Prospect new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop a personal “book” of repeat business. Update and manage guest profiles in dealership database. Qualifications & Skill Requirements Company‑paid training for new candidates. Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in product knowledge and technology. Prior automotive or retail sales experience not required. Bi‑lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable. Exceptional guest service skills and desire to achieve customer satisfaction scores above manufacturer requirements. Excellent verbal and non‑verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem‑solve. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required. Present a professional and well‑groomed appearance. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college preferred. Must have a valid US government‑issued driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement, clean driving record and be eligible to work in the United States.
