Location: Toronto or Vancouver – Hybrid (1–2 days per week in office) We are sourcing an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the Phase 2 deployment of our QAD Adaptive UX ERP system in Canada . The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP implementations along with expertise in managing complex, multi-site rollouts. Experience in wineries, breweries, distilleries, and manufacturing , as well as familiarity with the Canadian agency model and regulatory environment, will be highly valued. This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on program delivery, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth and successful ERP deployment. Responsibilities Lead the Phase 2 deployment of the QAD Adaptive UX ERP system in Canada, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites to support ERP deployment and change management. Qualifications Proven experience managing ERP implementations, ideally with QAD Adaptive UX. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Epicor, or JDE is an asset. Strong project management skills with a record of leading large-scale ERP or IT transformation initiatives. Knowledge of the Canadian agency model and regulatory environment preferred. Industry background in wineries, breweries, distilleries, or manufacturing highly valued. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams across multiple sites. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
