Adoption and Change Management Consultant Location : The role will be a hybrid position based in Montreal, Quebec. Salary : 80-95k base + bonus. About the role We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 Change Management Consultant to work with our Modern Workplace Collaboration team. Our team focuses mainly on the Microsoft 365 space, including Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and all the other solutions in that ecosystem. We do projects ranging from migrating thousands of users to the cloud, to helping companies build out their SharePoint Online meta‑tagging strategy, to rolling out Microsoft Copilot, to helping clients plan and execute their security roadmap. Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to clients around Adoption and Change Management, as well as Organizational Change Management. Deliver training and workshops to clients. Provide training on various Microsoft 365 solutions to end users. Develop and deliver adoption plans. Develop materials, presentations, and documentation. Drive new offering development. Collaborate with technical consultants and architects on projects ranging from small to large. Skilling up in areas where needed. Qualifications Comfortable leading workshops and interfacing directly with clients. Strong ability to develop professional PowerPoint and Word documents. Expert or near‑expert level with AI, specifically Copilot, to elevate work efficiency. Obsessed with delivering what is promised on time and on budget. Strong prioritization and time‑management skills. Comfortable as the main point of contact for client‑facing engagements. Aptitude for learning new technologies and engaging with them meaningfully to provide value to clients.
