They are experiencing strong growth and are looking to add a Business Development Manager to their team. This role is focused on driving net new business and expanding existing accounts within the healthcare ecosystem. You will work closely with leadership, product, and partner teams to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close complex enterprise deals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive new revenue growth within healthcare accounts Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across hospitals and healthcare systems Establish relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT functions Navigate complex buying cycles, identifying decision-makers, influencers, and potential barriers Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and channel partners on go-to-market initiatives Accurately forecast pipeline activity and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements Identify and develop strategic partnerships within the healthcare technology ecosystem Ideal Background 4+ years of experience in a business development or sales role with a track record of exceeding targets Experience selling technology solutions into healthcare environments is strongly preferred Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions in a customer-centric way Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of an organization Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment What’s in it for You Opportunity to join a high-growth, global technology organization Exposure to cutting-edge solutions within healthcare and IoT Collaborative, innovative, and flexible work environmentStrong compensation package with meaningful upside tied to performance If you are a PROVEN closer looking for uncapped earnings, thrive through competition, and want to join a great team.
