Oversee daily lift operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and safety codes. Maintain accurate operational records in line with safety and insurance requirements. Generate comprehensive reports on weather trends, visitation numbers, and lift downtime. Analyze these data sets to identify patterns, inform operational decision-making, and highlight key areas for improvement to enhance overall performance and guest experience. Lead, train, and support the Lift Operations team, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance feedback. Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance for facilities, working with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work. Assist with facilities upkeep, including minor repairs, troubleshooting, and identifying areas needing attention to maintain a safe and functional work environment. Foster a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, including chairing the Health & Safety Committee. Collaborate across departments and with contractors, maintaining strong communication and coordination. Support emergency response efforts and assist with lift and building maintenance as needed. Assist with the development and maintain annual budgets to ensure financial accuracy aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate transportation logistics for staff, collaborate with local transportation providers to ensure adherence to critical schedules and operational efficiency. Consistently represent the company professionally and take on additional duties as assigned. What skills and experience do you need for this job? Tourism & Hospitality Diploma is an asset. 1-2 years of previous tourism/hospitality experience, in a supervisory capacity. Proven ability to lead. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb and comfortable working at heights up to 70 meters. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends. Arial lift industry or related experience is an asset.
