Responsibilities Manage all sourcing, purchasing, logistics and project coordination activities and resources for the supply chain group in Laval. Work collaboratively with Key Account teams to provide requested information, ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time to meet customer needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance from suppliers. Measure and report supplier on-time delivery, cost savings and cost of quality. Ensure sourcing and operational activities adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and company policies, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization. Drive productivity gains (cost savings) to improve project and service margins through negotiations and competitive bidding, minimizing defects and delays. Manage supplier performance ratings in line with Camfil's supply chain process and methodology. Monitor current commodity market conditions/trends, technology roadmaps, and identify supply/demand challenges. Negotiate and administer purchasing contracts, as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business or engineering; MBA strongly referred. CPM, SMPC, CPIM certification desirable. 10+ years global procurement and sourcing/supply chain management as well as related industry experience, operations management. Excellent knowledge of sourcing and procurement systems, ERP modules and computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. Strong experience with quality system tools, methods, processes and drive supply base improvement programs. Preferable experience in lean manufacturing. Knowledge and skills in driving Change Management / Continuous Improvement. Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
